Arkons Ventures is a real estate investment firm started by professionals with a passion for predicting future markets. As a diversified team with industry backgrounds ranging from Engineering and Computer Science to Real Estate and business operations, Arkons has an upper-hand when it comes to evaluating opportunities. This diversity of backgrounds has been solidified over the years by the knowledge and experience gained from investing together over different economic conditions. Together, our team has a proven track record of success in profiting off of acquisitions, businesses, and investments.
Arkons Ventures currently specializes in acquiring and developing real estate properties and conducting construction services in the Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas areas. The number of acres of land/retail space Arkons currently owns 400 acres, equaling a valuation of approximately $100,000,000. The firm is actively working on extending its services in all business cycles of real estate, including development, management, and hospitality.
